TERMS & CONDITIONS
HALLMARK STARS LIVE TICKET PURCHASING, SALES POLICIES, REFUNDS, CANCELLATION, CHANGES, LIMITED LIABILITY, EVENT RULES AND SAFETY, PHOTO RELEASE, WILL BE REFLECTED ON EACH INDIVIDUAL THEATER VENUE SITE AND MAY VARY.
These Hallmark Stars Live Terms (“Terms”) govern your entry and license to attend the Hallmark Stars Live Event (“Event”). The Terms are incorporated by reference into, and are part of, the Hallmark Terms of Use (“TOU”). By purchasing a ticket or entering into an Event (as defined below), you agree to these Terms, as well as the TOU, which contain an arbitration requirement and waiver of class-action claims, among other provisions. These Terms are Supplemental Terms as defined by the TOU.
Each Event ticket (“Ticket”) is valid for one (1) attendee to access the specific Event identified on the Ticket on the date/time and at the location on the Ticket. Entry access to any additional or Add-On Experiences is governed by the details associated with the Ticket type purchased.
By purchasing a Ticket, or attending an Event you agree as follows:
Ticket sales occur via an independent third party which vary by venue. All Ticket sales are subject to these Terms, and terms, conditions, or notices on the Hallmark Stars Live website, and/or posted at the Event, as well as each individual venue terms.
Each person must hold a valid Ticket to enter the Event.
Ticket purchaser must be eighteen (18) years or older.
Please note there are instances in which certain portions of the Event may be paused, evacuated, or canceled (in whole or in part) due to inclement weather, catastrophic events, or as directed by local or state emergency personnel. If an Event is canceled prior to the commencement thereof, Hallmark in its sole and absolute discretion shall have the right to determine (subject to applicable law) whether any refund shall be provided, and if provided, the refund, if any, will be issued or credited to the person purchasing the Ticket(s) on the credit card or other payment mode used to purchase the Ticket(s) at issue.
All schedules and times are subject to change and cancellation without advance notice and Hallmark, the individual theater venue and Event organizers shall not be liable to provide any refund or other remuneration of any kind to the Ticket purchaser or Ticket holder.
Event attendees must abide by all health, security, and safety requirements and all instructions provided by the theater venue and/or Event staff.
No weapons are allowed at the Event.
Pets are not allowed at Event except for service animals.
Each Ticket is a revokable license. Hallmark reserves the right to revoke the license granted by the Ticket and/or refuse admission or remove guest(s) from the Event, without refund, for a violation of these Terms, failure to comply with any prohibitions on recording and/or photography, harassing or offensive conduct, use of vulgar or abusive language, failure to comply with the directions or instructions of Hallmark’s representatives or for any other reason whatsoever, as determined in Hallmark’s sole discretion.

The Ticket holder hereby grants irrevocable permission and rights to Hallmark, its agents and others working for it or on its behalf, and its affiliates, licensors, distributors, licensees, joint venturers, subsidiaries, successors and assignees (collectively, “Hallmark Parties”) to use, the Ticket holder’s picture, image, likeness, and/or voice (collectively, “Likeness”) to use or post and otherwise exploit to promote the Event.
The Ticket holder hereby waives any ownership or publication rights with respect to the above, and shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim whatsoever (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, libel, slander, false light or right of publicity) arising out of any use, of his/her Likeness as specified herin.
The Ticket holder attends the Event at his/her own risk. The Ticket holder assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur to you in, on, or about the Event and its premises and fully and forever release and discharge the Hallmark Parties, and any sponsors, exhibitors, venues, production companies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, hosting, promotion, or implementation of the Event, as well as the respective directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, agents, and assigns of all of the foregoing from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, resulting from or arising out of your attending the Event. This release extends and applies to all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss, and liability, and the consequences of them, as well as those disclosed or known to exist.
